All materials are quality British standard and are laid in accordance to correct stipulation.
Types of Roof
Slating – One of the most traditional of roofing materials, we offer a wide variety of range of slates: Welsh, Spanish, Brazillian or Chinese for our quality installation. Alternatively you could use a man made slate such as Eternit slates.
Tiling – The biggest variety of tiles from big interlocking tiles ( used on many new builds and extensions). Down to small tiles, ideal for dormers and most vertical tile hangings. We will advise you on the best tile for your roof but show you a variety of tile that can be used so the final decision is yours.
Lead – From renewing step – flashing to dormers and flat roofs, you will receive a high quality finish, with lead being the most durable and aesthetically pleasing roofing materials.
Flat Roof – We offer you several types of flat roofs:
- High Performance Felt – We only use the best quality torch on felt in the 3 – later system that will last you up to 20 years.
- GRP Fibreglass – A system with no seams or welds and completely water proof with a manufacture 30 year guarantee.
- Acrypol Coating – This is simple one coat all weather application, ideal for patch and repair.
Guttering and Facia Boards – We replace old fascia, soffit and cladding with new UPVC. We will re-gutter houses or replace broken sections.
